All items bought will be shipped within 3 working days upon receiving of payment. Orders are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Reizo. An email will be sent to you when your item is sent out. Items will only be sent out after payment has been received.
For local addresses, you will receive the item within 3 working days.
For overseas, please give at least a week if you live on the other side of the globe. If there is any restrictions for imports in your country, please check before purchasing. Reizo will not be responsible for any lost, confiscated or delayed items due to customs. For overseas postage costs, please check here. All postage costs will be according to Singapore's official postal rates.
Local postage charges are at S$1.50 or unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs/ postage will be borne by buyers. Reizo highly recommends that you use registered postage (an additional cost of S$2) to ensure your item gets to you safely. For more than one item, combined shipping is accepted and encouraged. Shipping costs will be re-calculated and you will be informed of the new cost in the email sent to you.
